Pimples are also known as spots or zits.  Excess sebum secretion by the oil gland is the primary cause behind this problem.It affects the teenagers the most. Though not a critical condition, pimples can make a person feel miserable due to their appearance.

Lemon Juice

Lemon is rich in vitamin C.Its a citric acid so it helps exfoliate the skin.It is also a natural skin whitener. Lemon juice is the quick way to get rid of pimples. Rinse of any lemon juice from skin before going out in the sun. Be sure to use fresh lemon juice and not bottled juice which has preservatives.
Dip a clean cotton swab in lemon juice and apply it to the pimple. Leave it overnight and wash it in the morning. Lemon juice helps pimples dry up faster.

Toothpaste

Toothpaste can also be used to treat pimples quickly. You must use white toothpaste, don't use gel toothpaste.
Apply some white toothpaste on pimple. Leave it overnight and wash it in the morning. You will see a significant result in swelling.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar kills bacteria. Its an astringent, like lemon juice, and will help dry up excess oil.
Mix 1 part of vinegar with 3 parts of water i.e. 1:3 ratio. Wash your face with water and pat dry. Dip  cotton ball into vinegar and apply it to the pimple. Leave on for 10 minutes or overnight. Apply several times a day. Wash your face thoroughly after each time. Apply moisturizer after wards.

Papaya

Papaya is a natural pimple remedy that removes dead skin cells and excess fat from the surface of the skin, leaving it soft and smooth. Papaya also help in reducing inflammation on skin.
Wash your face with water and pat dry. Apply mashed flesh of the papaya to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, and then wash it with water.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera   the wonder remedy for a genre of a disease is a good natural remedy. Apply the pulp of the leaves directly to the surface of the pimples. It is anti bacterial and prevents inflammation. 

Baking Soda

Baking soda exfoliates the skin. It reduces Inflammation and it clear up the skin. It is cheap, natural and does not contain any harmful chemicals.
Make a paste of baking soda with warm water. Then apply the paste to your face like a mask. Leave it for an hour, and then rinse it with water. You will be amazed at results.

Egg White

Egg white also make a great home remedy for getting rid of pimples. Take egg white and apply it your face with your fingers. Your skin will glow and begin to tighten. Leave it on your face for up to an hour for best results.

Orange Peel

Orange peel is rich in vitamin C. Its a Citric acid. It also has astringent properties. Pimples caused by bacteria, dead skin cells and extra oil can be treated with an orange peel face mask.
Grind up orange peels in a blender and add a little water to make a paste. Apply it to your face or problem area. Wait for 20-25 minutes. Wash it with water, pat your face dry and apply a good moisturize.

Garlic



Garlic is a good natural remedy for acne. It has anti bacterial properties. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick  healing of pimples. Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. If you can get the juice from the garlic, great, if you can't mashing it up and putting it in some water is fine. Never, ever apply it to your skin without diluting it first.
Mash the garlic clove or get juice extract from it. mix it in 2 tsp of water. apply it on your pimple with the help of a cotton pad. wash it after 15-20 minutes.

Bad Shampooing

It is always recommended to wash your hair every other day with a mild herbal shampoo because the detergent and chemicals present in common shampoos causes rough and frizzy hair. If you are using a conditioner make sure that you apply it to the length of the hairs and not to the scalp and rinse it thoroughly so that no residue is left in hair.


Treatment For Dandruff

Yogurt And Pepper

Yogurt prevents the scaling of scalp and pepper is anti fungal.The combination of yogurt and pepper is one of the best methods to cure dandruff. Make sure the yogurt and pepper you use is fresh.
Take 2 spoons of pepper and grind it finely. Add this  pepper to 1 cup of yogurt. Mix it completely and apply on the scalp. leave it on the scalp for 1 hour and rinse. Use mild shampoo after that.

Baking Soda

This baking ingredient is of great use when it comes to fighting dandruff. Take a spoonful of baking soda and rub it thoroughly in your wet hair and scalp.Leave it on for a minute and then wash it off. Continue this four times a week for few weeks. the result may take time to appear, but this one is the sure remedy for flakes. 

Mehendi

Mix mehendi, tea liquor,and curd in a glass bowl and add lemon juice to it. keep aside for 8-10 hours or say overnight. Apply it to hair and scalp in the form of a pack. Leave it for 1-2 hours, rinse it of and wash thoroughly with a mild shampoo. Repeat it once a week for best results.

Neem

Take a handful of neem leaves and boil them in water for some time. strain the water in a bowl. Let it cool down. Wash hair with this water. this method keeps dandruff at bay. You can also make a thick paste by grinding neem leaves in a food processor and apply this paste to the scalp and wash it with water after 10 minutes.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix one part of apple cider vinegar with equal part of water and keep aside. Wash your hair normally and then apply the mixture to wet hair. Massage your scalp thoroughly with this mixture. Leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Repeat it daily for a week and say goodbye to dandruff.

Coconut Oil And Lemon Juice

Mix lemon juice and coconut oil in equal proportion. apply it to scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Repeat it for 3-4 times a week for effective results.

Methi Pack (Fenugreek)

Soak methi seed in water overnight. Make a paste and apply on scalp and hair and leave it for an hour. Rinse it off and wash hair with mild shampoo methi seeds have anti fungal properties. Repeat this pack 3-4 times a week for effective results.

Turmeric

Take 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix 1 tbsp gram flour and  curd in it. Make a paste and apply it on your skin. Let the mask dry, and then, wash off thoroughly with cold water. this will give you an instant glowing skin. 

Potato

For tan removal or to get rid of dark circles apply juice of potato on your skin daily. Take a potato, grade it and rub it on your face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water after 15 minutes. Try this for sun burns and dark circles. It is very effective.

Tomato

Take a tomato and rub the tomato pulp on the skin. Rub it all over your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Tomato contains natural bleaching properties, which help in lighten the skin color.Rinse thoroughly with cold water after 15 minutes.

Honey and Lemon

Take one tbsp of lemon juice and one tbsp of honey mix them well until honey dissolve properly. moisten your face and apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash your face with cold water after 20 minutes. It will make your skin glowing and radiant instantly.

Baking Soda

Baking soda helps deal with problems like acne, pimples and spots. Mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 tsp of lemon juice to make a paste. Cleanse your face and use the paste to gently exfoliate your skin. Finally rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat it dry with a towel. Follow  this tip two or three times a week.

Cucumber

Cucumbers contain hydrating,and astringent properties which are very good for skin. It repairs damaged skin cells and a fresh glow to the skin. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices, and rub them thoroughly all over your face. Leave it on overnight and rinse it with lukewarm water in the morning. Do this daily before going to bed.

Banana

Mash the banana and mix well the egg white and curd in it. Apply on face and wash after 15 minutes,
Banana is best for glowing skin it gives  the effect of a parlour facial.

Bread crums

Mix bread crums and malai (fresh cream)  and keep it for two minutes, so that bread crums get soften. Apply this face mask for 15 minutes and get a fair and glowing skin.

Oats

Prepare the paste of oatmeal, tomato juice and curd, Apply on your face for 20 minutes. After that wash with cold water. It will scrub away the dead skin and the dirt from your face. This face pack will also help you to get fair skin.

Milk cream and Safron

Mix safron in the milk cream and leave it overnight. In the morning blend the cream with fingers and apply it on your face. The above home remedy will lighten the skin tone and give a very healthy glow to your skin naturally.
