Tips To Prevent Hair Fall

 There is nothing more attractive than head with beautiful hair. Anyone can be confident with a full head of hair.No one wants to loose their hair, it is traumatic. Hair loss affects both men and women. The main causes for hair loss are hormonal imbalances, an under-active thyroid gland, nutritional deficiencies, insufficient blood supply in scalp area,aging, too much stress,excessive smoking, scalp infection, use of chemical enriched products and genes also play a vital role in hair loss.  In my this post I am going to discuss the tips to prevent hair fall.

Eating A Balanced Diet

It is highly important to eat a balanced diet full of nutrition to prevent hair fall. Increase the amount of iron, vitamins and minerals, lots of green vegetables need to be included in your healthy diet to reduce hair fall.

Avoid Junk Food

All unhealthy eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle are also reasons for hair loss. Try to avoid junk food and oily food as far as possible. Increase intake of water in order to remove toxins. Do some daily exercise to increase blood flow to head and scalp to prevent hair loss.

The Chinese Hibiscus

The Chinese hibiscus has many natural properties that can help in treating hair fall. This flower can also be used to cure dandruff, prevent split ends, thicken hair and prevent premature graying. To stop hair fall add 10 Chinese hibiscus flower in two cups of coconut oil. heat the solution until charred. Strain it to collect the oil. Apply this oil on your scalp and hair and leave it overnight. Wash hair in the morning. Do it 3 times a week.

Lime Seeds

Lime seeds and black peeper are also effective in preventing hair loss. Powder the dried lime seeds and add this to fresh grounded pepper powder. Mix this powder with some water to make a smooth paste.  Apply this paste to your scalp and massage it to rejuvenate the scalp. Repeat this process once a week to see hair growth in your scalp.

Oil Massage

Oil massage in the scalp will increase the blood flow in the hair follicles, condition the scalp and improves the strength of hair roots. Massage any hair oil onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your finger tips. Do this at least once a week.  You can use any hair oil.

Castor Oil

This is healthy and nourishing natural oil that is beneficial for promoting fast hair growth. It is enriched in omega 9 amino acids that are good for the health of scalp and follicles. Mix some castor oil with some other oil like coconut oil,olive oil, almond oil to dilute it. You can massage this oil into your scalp and hair for 10 minutes and then leave it for 1 hour. Wash it off with mild shampoo. Do this at least 2 to 3 times a week for best results.

Rosemary Oil

Rosemary oil is one of the best oils to reduce hair loss. It is proved to be very effective for hair growth. Rosemary oil increases the cell division and accelerates the blood circulation. It is the best hair tonic for hair growth. Mix equal proportion of rosemary oil and olive oil and massage your scalp and hair with it. leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it off. You can also take 2 table spoon of shampoo and 2 table spoon of rosemary oil into it.Shampoo your hair with this mixture.

Vitamin E oil

Vitamin E oil helps to increase oxygen in the body and increases the blood circulation in the scalp. Massage your scalp with this oil before going to bed. Wash it with mild shampoo the following day to get silky smooth hair.


Fenugreek

Fenugreek, or methi dana is also very effective in treating hair loss. It  enhances hair growth and help  rebuild hair follicles. Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In morning grind them to make a paste. Apply the paste to your hair. Keep it for 45 minutes. After that rinse your hair. Follow this tip daily in the morning for at least 1 month for the best results.

Garlic

Garlic has high sulphur content. this is why it is used in traditional hair growth medicines. Crush cloves of garlic and add coconut oil to it. Boil the mixture for few minutes. Let it cool down and then massage it on your scalp. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it with mild shampoo.

Onion

Onion is also rich in sulfur content. It helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles. Extract the juice of one onion by grating it and then strain it. Apply the onion juice to scalp and leave it for 45 minutes before shampooing your hair. Follow this tip at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

Indian gooseberry or amla is very good for hair. It is rich in vitamin C, of which deficiency in the body can cause hair loss. The exfoliating properties present in amla can help maintain a health scalp and promote hair growth. 
Heat coconut oil with dried amla until the color of the oil turns black. Cool this oil mixture and then apply it on your scalp. Massage your scalp with this mixture properly for 10 minutes. Leave it on the scalp for half an hour and then wash it off. Do this once a week for effective results. You can also grade the amla fruit. Mix this amla pulp with lemon juice. Massage your hair with this mixture thoroughly. cover your hair with shower cap. Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning.

Honey And Olive Oil

Mix equal amount of honey and olive oil in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder in to this mixture to make a smooth paste. Apply this mixture to your scalp and hair for at least 30 minutes. And then rinse it. Apply this mixture once a week to see visible results.

Egg White And Curd

Take egg white of two eggs and mix it with 2 table spoons of curd in a bowl. Mix it well and add 1 table spoon of shikakai powder in to it which is easily available in the market. Apply this mixture generously on your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash it after 30 minutes. Repeat this remedy once a week for effective results.

Neem Leaves

Neem leaves has a lot of medicinal properties. It is also effective in hair loss treatment. Boil handful fresh neem leaves in water until water reduces to half its quantity. Cool this water and wash your scalp and hair with this water. Repeat this process twice a week regularly to prevent hair loss.

Curry Leaves

Remedies for hair growth are incomplete without curry leaves. Curry leaves are most effective herbs for grey hair that also helps in promoting hair growth.
 Make a hair tonic to prevent the hair loss. Take few curry leaves  and some coconut oil in a bowl. when it mixed with curry leaves, It increases hair growth. Boil this mixture until black deposit start forming. After the deposit is formed, let it cool down. Apply this mixture all over your scalp. Keep this mixture for 1 hour and then wash it off with a mild shampoo. Apply this tonic twice a week and you will see results in just few days. This is the best way for healthy hair and hair growth.

Make a hair mask to stop hair loss. Take some curry leaves and make a paste of them. Mix it with curd in a bowl. Apply this pack on your scalp and hair for 30 minutes and wash it off with mild shampoo. Apply this mask once a week to make your hair grow healthy, shiny and bouncy.
